The conference partecipation fee will cover: Attendance to conference rooms, Conference bag, Conference program, eBook of Conference Proceedings, Coffee breaks and welcome party.
The expenses for any lunch and for social dinner expense are not covered by the conference organization.

Refund Policy

Should you cancel your registration due to a change in plans, please note the following refund scheme:
Fees are refundable before April 30, 2016, but the refund is reduced by 100 euro, to cover the administrative costs of processing and refunding a registration.
For refund requests received after April to May, 2015 the refund is reduced by 200 euro, to cover the administrative costs of booking, processing and refunding a registration.
There will be no refunds for requests received after May, 2015

The contributions presented at SUPERSTRIPES 2016 will be published as regular article in a Special issue of the:
JOURNAL OF SUPERCONDUCTIVITY AND NOVEL MAGNETISM http://www.springer.com/materials/journal/10948 (Guest Editor Antonio Bianconi)
The authors are invited to submit the paper for the proceedings (or a letter of intention to submit the paper before 30 july 2016) at the conference desk.
Before the end of July 30, each author should submit the manuscript of about 4-6 pages based on the results presented at the conference sending it by email to This email address is being protected from spambots.
